Somerset Homes Redevelopment, is comprised of 4 buildings and the Nathaniel McFadden Learn and Play Park. 1234 McElderry at Somerset is 100% occupied and Somerset 2 and 3 are currently under construction, with scheduled completion in Spring, 2023. Somerset 4 construction is scheduled to start late 2024.

Somerset 2 – (The Ella at Somerset) – 192 units mixed income with 100 replacement units for relocated Perkins residents.
