Golden Rule Apartments, Inc. (GRA) in partnership with THC and MissionFirst Development as developers for this project, plans to redevelop the second part of its former Golden Rule Center site under current zoning into The SeVerna at K. GRA is excited to move forward with the mixed-income project, and pleased to be a partner with the District as it works to revitalize this area into a vibrant community of opportunity.
The proposed Phase II includes 133 units of mixed income housing in a 9-story property facing K Street, NW. This development is critical to achieving the goals of New Communities.
The redeveloped Golden Rule Center site at the corner of First and K Streets NW in the Northwest One/Sursum Corda neighborhood will be one of the flagship projects developed under the City's New Communities Initiative.
