The development team closed a Section 236 "decoupling" and refinancing for the total rehabilitation of the183-unit project based Section 8 high-rise building, the Golden Rule Apartments. The building was totally updated with residents in place. New kitchens, baths, windows, doors and life and safety equipment were added. The renovation was managed by the development team, THC and its partner, Mission First Development.
